Come join us for energetic, fun-filled classes with a holistic approach to well-being through yoga, music, dance, breath, rhythm and imagery. Classes take place in a non-judgmental, group format with the emphasis on creative, comfortable movement, NOT on right or wrong dance steps. Classes are energetic, fun-filled journeys through the seven energy centers in the body called the Chakras. Participants have found that they feel more clear-minded, have more flexibility in body and life, have lost weight, gained strength and have more energy.
Stretch. Breathe. Energize. Relax. Renew
No experience in yoga or dance is necessary. In any given class, participants find themselves moving to many different kinds of music, from new age to jazz, from top 40”s to Latin. Each class begins with stretching, centering and grounding. There is a gradual build-up of energy and rhythm to a point of spirited movement and dance where things swing loose and become playfully interactive. Participants cool down with meditative movement ending in stillness and integration.
(Note - This is not similar to Power Yoga classes)
