It is Natalie writing to let you know that I'll be teaching a workshop on Saturday, September 13th from 1:30 pm until 4:30 pm at Stillpoint Yoga Studios in King of Prussia. This workshop will focus on the basics and FUNdamentals of poses that we do all the time. Here is the description:
Would you like to learn how to safely and healthfully move through the most frequently practiced basic vinyasa? Chaturanga, Upward Dog, Downward Dog? We will work on and refine these and other poses that we do so many times in every single class.
If you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, it is always helpful and interesting to explore the principals of alignment in a workshop setting.
There will be time to ask questions and to really explore the poses we do in almost every single yoga class. We will focus on working mindfully and safely. We will work hard for two hours and then have an hour of blissful rest in restorative poses that are designed to gently allow the body to relax. |
