Pre & Post Natal Restorative Yoga and Meditation

A special Restorative and Meditation practice for our Mamas-to-be and new Mamas!

For our pregnant Mamas: enjoy soul chats and quiet time with your sweet baby before birth.

And Post- Natal Mamas: enjoy some peaceful and replenishment time in class while working to heal your body in the gentlest of poses.

We will practice gentler, more restful poses that will help you soften and release any tension your body may hold. This special practice will provide you an opportunity to tune deeper inwards. Some of the benefits of practicing prenatal and postnatal restorative yoga include: helps reduce stress, renews energy levels, helps concentration, slows the breathing rate, reduces muscle tension and (provides quiet time with baby and just for you!).
