Restore, Meditate and Sip

Calm the mind and body with this soothing, mindful and meditative yoga asana practice followed by a guided meditative Yoga Nidra.
Join Dianne for a 70 minute gentle yoga practice aimed to find a deep connection with the body using guided breath and gentle flow to embrace in your body awareness of thoughts, feelings and sensations that arise. This will be an internal meditative experience while we gently move and flow within the basic asanas (postures). Weaving these various asanas with fluid and flowing movements that support the body we develop the ability to clear and create space to release, let go and heal.
After this sumptuous practice, prepare to wrap yourself in the cozy stillness of meditation rest as Usha will guide you through a Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation, often referred to as a yogic sleep, held in a reclined position and offering the deepest of total relaxation. The effects of flow and nidra together will bring forth peace in your being of mind, body and spirit.
This practice is appropriate for students of any level, beginners to even the more advanced, looking for a most special experience.
