Master Class: Wheel and Dropbacks

Heart openers and back bends are poses that have major effects on the physical and emotional bodies. They help to build a sense of connection, confidence and openness. Join Kate Goodyear for a expertly sequenced 90 minute practice where we will warm up the body in preparation of wheel pose and work towards dropbacks. This class is designed for those who are wanting to incorporate wheel pose into their regular practice and those who want to take their back bends up a level and start working on dropping back. Please notify the teacher of any injuries that you may be experiencing prior to class.
