Chakras and Essential Oils

There are 7 major chakras or energy points located within the physical body. It is necessary to balance them in order to maintain optimal health. One of the best ways to relieve stress, balance chakras, and bring your body back to balance is through natural therapies, such as Yoga and Aromatherapy through Essential Oils.

Join Kelsie Strunc on Wednesday, June 20th, from 7:30-9:30 pm for a yoga class designed to relieve stress infused with energy-boosting and mind-calming essential oils. The 75 minute practice will start with heat building postures and conclude with more restorative poses and a guided meditation. Kelsie, also a Young Living consultant, will choose specific oils to hep bring balance to the upper 4 chakras.

Class will begin with a brief introduction to essential oils and describe which oils have been selected for practice. We will end with a conclusive talk about Young Living Essential Oils while we sip on some essential oil infused mocktails and indulge on peppermint brownies with a period for questions and answers. Everyone will leave with an essential oil sample to take home!
