Kelsie Strunc

Yoga helped Kelsie find healing– inside and out. It helped her become stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. After teaching an impromptu hot yoga class, she decided to pursue certification to delve deeper into the practice and share her love of yoga with others. Kelsie completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2013 and has been teaching ever since. Outside of the studio, Kelsie is a health blogger, certified Reiki practitioner, oil hippie, travel vagabond, and a dance machine. She is passionate about encouraging the younger generations to try yoga with a special emphasis on teenagers. Her classes combine thoughtful, creative sequencing with the freedom to explore and a spirit of mindfulness.
