Julia first came to her mat in the fall of 2011 and has been practicing ever since. She aims to provide her students the same level of support and fun that her many teachers have given her through the practice. Her flows are meant to balance strength, flexibility, and relaxation through unifying mind, body and spirit. Julia received her 200-Hour certification at Stillpoint Yoga Studios in King of Prussia, PA through the Svadhyaya Teacher Training Program.
