To exit 330 [PA 320/Gulph Mills]. Turn left at stop sign at the bottom of the exit ramp. Turn right at the next stop sign. (You will be on Trinity Road, bear left around the bend (past train station) and continue to next stop sign. Turn right onto South Gulph. Rd. Go 0.5 mi. and turn right onto Henderson Road. At second light turn left onto Church Road. Go 0.1 mi. to SWEAT Fitness on your left, directly across from NTB.
476 North & South: To 76 West ( see above).
PA Turnpike or West Chester:
202 North. Turn right on S. Gulph Rd. (at Chili’s and King of Prussia Mall.) Go 1.5 mi. (just past cemetery) turn left onto Church Road. Go approx. 1.5 mi. turn right into SWEAT Fitness (directly across from NTB)
Norristown:
202 South make a left onto South Henderson Rd. At 3rd light turn right onto Church Road. Go o.1 mile and turn left into SWEAT Fitness (directly across from NTB)
Devon / W. Lancaster Ave:
0.7 mi. on Old Eagle School Rd. Turn right on Upper Gulph Rd. Go 0.4 mi. Left on Croton Rd.( bear/turn right at Martin’s Dam to continue on Croton Road) Go 2.0 mi. At second traffic light turn left onto Brooks Road. Turn right on South Gulph Road. Make your first left at Church Road and continue approx. 1.5 miles. SWEAT Fitness will be on your right (directly across from NTB)
Ardmore:
Montgomery Ave. becomes S. Gulph Rd. Pass Rt. 76 interchange. Go 1.2 mi. Turn right on Henderson Rd. At second traffic light turn left onto Church Road. Go 0.1 miles and turn left into SWEAT Fitness (directly across from NTB)
