Heated Vinyasa Yoga

This more challenging practice stimulates and energizes the mind and entire body through asanas and focus on the breath. This class will help build strength, increase endurance, create flexibility and release tension while still focused on our breath. Combined with a heated room this is a very rewarding yoga and cardio practice. These classes are available to students of all levels, however, we do recommend that you have a knowledge and familiarity of the Vinyasa practice prior.
Room is heated between 85-90 degrees.
