We are a small, flexible yoga studio and we teach simple and beautiful yoga classes focused on breath and movement. We really love what we do and we appreciate each and every student. Take a look at our class offerings.
Vinyasa Yoga moves dynamically from asana to asana (pose to pose) with constant attention to breath. Focus is on balance, power, fluidity, flexibility and alignment. Vinyasa frees the body of impurities like stiffness and muscle tension, leaving practitioners feeling clear, clean and energized. Our Vinyasa practice is challenging and appropriate for those with prior experience. This class requires a good-working knowledge of the basic yoga postures.
HEATED VINYASA YOGA
Our slightly more challenging Vinyasa practice in the studio heated between 85-90 degrees. This class is an ‘all levels’ class though we highly recommend joining with a working knowledge and comfort with the practice.
ALL LEVELS VINYASA
Vinyasa Yoga moves dynamically from asana to asana (pose to pose) with constant attention to breath. Vinyasa frees the body of impurities like stiffness and muscle tension, leaving practitioners feeling clear, clean and energized. This All Levels Vinyasa practice is appropriate for any student as modifications and variations will be offered for students who would like more of a challenge but the class will be safe and steady for those newer to their Yoga practice.
Our Slow Flow is a well-balanced, eclectic blend of various styles of yoga, this gentle vinyasa class aims to create a tranquil environment. Movements are connected with breath with a strong focus on the mind-body connection. This class is appropriate for all levels of practice.

If Vinyasa Yoga had a parent, it would be Ashtanga Yoga. Ashtanga Yoga has been in practice for many years, long before vinyasa yoga. Ashtanga Yoga teaches students the most basic and fundamental parts of a yoga asana practice including breath, bandhas, and drishti. You can expect this practice to be invigorating and dynamic with a strong emphasis on the breath and movement connection while utilizing an intelligently designed sequence to create flexibility, a strong body, and a quiet mind. It is recommended to have some yoga experience before taking this class but we welcome all!
Your journey through pregnancy is the perfect time to experience the benefits of yoga. This is a gentle class offered to moms-to-be whether they have practiced yoga before or not! The experience is one to move and stretch your body (muscles, ligaments and all) safely to keep you and your growing baby feeling healthy and active during your pregnancy. Poses will be appropriate and there will be much focus on relaxation and breathing, practices which benefit during pregnancy, through labor and beyond.
