Stillpoint Yoga Studios offers classes to serve all levels of physical fitness and ability. By serving many needs we provide a safe and nurturing environment in which students feel empowered to take control of their own health and wellness. The teachers and staff at Stillpoint are dedicated to sharing yoga and its myriad of benefits for the mind, body and spirit!
The studio is a warm, friendly and inviting place where everyone is embraced and welcomed.
Studio A is our heated room. The classes held in Studio A are typically more vigorous practices. We encourage students to have a working knowledge of the vinyasa practice before attending a class in this room. These classes build strength and endurance while moving toward challenging intermediate and advanced postures.
Studio B is home to our gentle to intermediate level classes. It is truly and “all levels” room appropriate for varying levels of ability.
Many classes in Studio B are geared toward specific needs. Whether you choose to attend a Slow Flow class or a prenatal yoga practice, there is something for everyone here!
