Our goal is to serve all levels of physical fitness and ability. By serving many needs we provide a safe environment in which all students feel empowered to take control of their health and wellness. Yoga’s strength is in its diversity. The flow practice is a particularly powerful way to alleviate stress, tension, and anxiety. The postures, combined with emphasis on proper breathing, can help us remove these obstacles from our life. All of our teachers have attained a minimum of a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Currently, many of our staff are actively working toward their 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificates. These gifted teachers are dedicated to sharing yoga and the myriad of its benefits.
