Stillpoint Yoga is a beautiful, tranquil space nestled away inside Sweat Fitness of King of Prussia. Created in 2004 by Jack Forgosh, with an intention of helping students discover health, inner peace and the benefits of the yogic lifestyle, Stillpoint has become a vital part of our community. We offer classes to suit all levels of ability, workshops and trainings to enhance and expand your practice, as well as meditation and health and nutrition classes. Yoga is not a religion nor does it prescribe to a particular set of beliefs. Yoga embraces life and helps us to live with renewed positivity and enthusiasm. Rather than focusing exclusively on the outward appearance of the postures, we encourage students to feel their way through the practice and move in a way that is enjoyable and appropriate for them. The result is a deep and authentic practice that teaches us to be present for every moment of life- challenges and all.

Offering  yoga classes as well as workshops, trainings and educational series. Our goal is to serve all levels of physical fitness and ability. By serving many needs we provide a safe environment in which all students feel empowered to take control of their health and wellness.   Yoga’s strength is in its diversity. The flow practice is a particularly powerful way to alleviate stress, tension, and anxiety: the postures, combined with emphasis on proper breathing, can help us remove these obstacles from our life.

All of our teachers have attained a minimum of a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Currently, many of our staff  are actively working toward their 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificates. These gifted teachers are dedicated to sharing yoga and the myriad of its benefits. Please visit the ‘Schedule’ page to view our classes and times offered.  You are welcome to sign up in advance for a class but please know that all of our classes are drop-in, you do NOT need to register.  Our workshops do require you to pre-register, so feel free to read more about them and sign up early!

We gladly offer private, and semi-private instruction as well as special events for groups, parties and ‘team-building’ events.
