Stillpoint Yoga is a beautiful and tranquil space that has been a vital part of the community since our studio opened in 2004.  Our an intention is to help students discover health, inner peace and the benefits of the yogic lifestyle. We offer classes, workshops, trainings and events to suit all levels of ability and to enhance and expand each individual’s yoga practice.

Our goal is to serve all levels of physical fitness and ability. By serving many needs we provide a safe environment in which all students feel empowered to take control of their health and wellness. Yoga’s strength is in its diversity. The flow practice is a particularly powerful way to alleviate stress, tension, and anxiety. The postures, combined with emphasis on proper breathing, can help us remove these obstacles from our life. All of our teachers have attained a minimum of a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Currently, many of our staff are actively working toward their 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificates. These gifted teachers are dedicated to sharing yoga and the myriad of its benefits. We take pride in offering a place to relax, breathe and learn to move with strength and grace. Come and see why we have been awarded the BEST OF MAIN LINE for YOGA! We gladly offer private and semi-private instruction as well as special events for groups, parties and ‘team-building’ events.
